Contacted dealership about a sale price on a motorcycle. The salesman, Anderson, was very professional, great attitude, knowledgeable with ZERO pressure. The entire staff was made it an outstanding experience, even solved a logistical issue, which was well appreciated! Kudos to the to all! Highly recommend.
Offered me 5k for a 2017 R6 with clean title and 8k miles. I was baffled and respectfully declined. Then I see a 2014 R6 on their website listed for 9k. I understand they got to make profit but I almost feel disrespected.
Hayden helped me find the part I need & shipping it to NY. He was quick with service & getting a shipping quote. Most other shops I deal with take forever to get back to me
I enjoy going to see all the motorcycles and they have helped us with our motorcycle repair, several times. I would recommend them for all motorcycle repair, accessories, dirt bikes and motorcycles. They also do a great event to help the community. They are a true dealer with a heart. motorcyclerepair
I’m a new rider. Took the MSF class and got endorsed. I’ve done a lot of research over the years on motorcycles and finally pulled the trigger to start this new skill. I worked with Anderson to start finding the first bike for me. I could immediately sense his passion and knowledge for the sport. Came down to my level to help me understand his recommendations for bike choice. He was real with me and didn’t try to push me into something way out of my skill range.
Making the final choice to get the sport touring ninja 400 felt natural after he showed it to me. Purchase process was friendly and fast. Took ~30min for initial paperwork and finance application. Then was accommodating to let me finish the paperwork and pick the bike up the next day. It was pouring rain the first day! Anyway it’s beautiful today when I picked it up. Was about 45min to finalize paperwork and get a vehicle rundown. I was impressed by their commitment to continued support even after I rode off the lot. Would recommend buying from here 10/10.
From the moment I walked in everyone treated me like an old friend. Sales team (specifically Anderson) is not pushy at all, but was extremely helpful. I was interested in a couple bikes. He made it crazy easy to compare the two. Ended up getting a 2022 Kawasaki z900 ABS! Every one there was great to work with! 10/10 customer service.
I bought a 2018 Honda PCX from Dreyer and had it delivered as I haven't been out much due to COVID. NADA value was $2,600 and I ended up paying $3,300 with taxes, doc, title and $100 for delivery. The price was a bit high, but scooter availability during the pandemic is spotty at best, so it is what it is. They did discount me as it was listed at $2,999 and they reduced the pricing to include the taxes, doc fees, so that was nice of them! Thanks!
The reason for the missing star was that upon receipt of the bike I discovered that the throttle cable was out of spec, as was the left brake lever, which was so loose that the rear brake light was stuck on. This seems like a minor thing, but considering the rear brake cable adjustment is under the front fairing of the bike, I had to tear the front end off to get to it, consuming about three hours.
Luckily I'm pretty handy and adjusted the brake lever, throttle cable myself; spending a few hours after it rolled off the truck doing repairs wasn't what I had in mind for a bike that had been "inspected and ready to go". This would have been a very poor experience for someone who can't perform their own mechanical work.
I only received one key, the key for the back box wasn't included (I drilled it out and I'm ordering a new cylinder), and there was gorilla tape residue all over the bike from the previous owner, which I spent the evening using goo-gone and scraping off the bike.
It's the little things that make the difference between a frustrating experience versus a good customer experience and I'm really flabbergasted that they had it listed above NADA without doing the most basic of work to ensure the cycle was safe and road worthy before delivery.
I've since emailed the dealership, asking if they can give me an air filter and spark plug as they need changed, it'd turn the experience around for me. I'll update with their reply.
EDIT: I got a call from Jim after emailing them. He was kind enough to mention what service was actually performed and offered a discount on their air filter and spark plug. Thank you, Jim!
While I disagree the service department did a thorough inspection and that the brake cable must have been damaged on the 10 minute trip to my house (the cycle had handle protectors installed, they would of had to really try, or intentionally stretch out the cable by a half inch), it was nice to get a call back and an offering of a discount. The air filter is about 75% black (stock is green) and reeks of oil and gasoline. While it has some life left, it would have been a nice touch and I can see how remaining life could be objective, spare a completely clogged filter.
Other minor things is that the seat fasteners were barely threaded on and missing two nuts (replaced with 2x spares I had laying around), the airbox is missing a screw, the toolkit is missing, and there's a few fasteners missing around the bike. It was likely traded in that way and not a big deal, and I think most people would have haggled on pricing or had repairs done before delivery.
Overall, thank you! It's going to be fun riding this summer!
Great place to purchase from. Anderson was a great sales guy to deal with. Purchased on 2-22-2022, Krx1000 trail edition brand new. Already been to Gilbert, West Virginia riding Hartfield McCoy's trails. The machine did everything I expected and more.
